Please review these terms carefully before booking or using our services.

  1. Introduction — These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Redline Car Detailing services and website. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
  2. Services — Redline Car Detailing provides mobile auto/marine detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, and ceramic coating.
  3. Bookings — Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. We require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment; deposits are refundable up to 48 hours before the appointment. Deposits may be applied to future bookings with sufficient cancellation notice.
  4. Pricing — Prices are listed on our website and may vary based on the size and condition of the vehicle and any extra services requested on site. If excessive personal items are left in the vehicle, a $35 fee will be charged.
  5. Labor Fee — A $12 Labor Fee is applied to all appointments to cover setup, teardown, travel-related labor, and preparation time required to deliver Redline’s premium mobile experience. This fee is not a gratuity and ensures fair compensation for the additional time and resources involved in providing mobile services. This fee is separate from any travel surcharges that may apply for locations outside our standard service radius.
  6. Payment — Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, credit cards, or Venmo.
  7. Cancellation Policy — Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting the deposit. For emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible.
  8. Liability — While we take great care in servicing your vehicle, Redline is not liable for damage or loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please remove valuables before service.
  9. Customer Obligations — The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the vehicle and a legal location for services to be performed. For some services, access to water/electricity may be required.
  10. Weather — We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather that may affect safety or service quality.
  11. Feedback — We value your feedback and strive to provide excellent service. Please let us know if you have questions or suggestions for improvement.
  12. Privacy Policy — We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information to provide our services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
  13. Pet Policy — For the safety of our team, all dogs must be secured inside the residence or in a fenced area away from the work area. If a dog approaches us during detailing, we will leave the property immediately, you will be charged the full price, and we will not return. No exceptions.
  14. Governing Law — These terms are governed by the laws of Sullivan County. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Sullivan County.
