2) Pick a cadence. Biweekly keeps it showroom-ready; monthly balances cost and look; quarterly is seasonal upkeep.
3) Stay eligible. If more than ~4 months pass (or condition slips), we’ll refresh with a Reset before resuming maintenance.
4) Lock in your spot. Preferred times fill first—booking ahead keeps your slot.

We focus on premium upkeep, not disaster recovery. Light spot treatment is included; heavy extraction, biohazard, or severe pet hair are quoted as add-ons or may require a Reset.
